This function is enabled by default. If a customer is not willing to use this function, the function can be disabled via UP and SP as follows:

UP setting

  1.  Select "Screen Device Settings". 
  2.  Select Support Settings. 
  3.  Enable or disable Help Functions. 


  SP setting

  1. Log in to Screen SP mode. 
  2. Select "Screen Device Settings".
  3. Select "Application Settings".
  4. Select "Settings" for “Support Settings”.
  5. Enable or disable Help Functions.

    If this function is disabled in SP mode, the function in the UP setting menu will not be displayed.
